Chaparral Park is a fully fenced-in, off-leash dog park. "Scottsdale's most popular dog park includes 3-acres of grass, benches, play features, and water fountains." This park also comes divided into three sections. One section is for larger and more active dogs. Another area is for the smaller and more timid dogs. And the third section is typically closed for maintenance and repair. And to help maintain the park, they will rotate these sections throughout the year. Keep in mind that this park is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon for maintenance.

Cosmo Dog Park — 2502 E Ray Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85296

Cosmo Dog Park is a 4-acre fully fenced-in, off-leash dog park with two separate fenced-in sections to separate the active dogs from the timid dogs. And you'll find dog water stations and waste stations, plus two dog washing stations. In addition to that, this dog park provides benches, bike racks, multi-use trails, picnic areas with BBQ grills, and even sports fields outside of the dog park. The park has 17 acres of green space, including a lake. And it's a pretty perfect spot to watch those gorgeous Arizona sunsets.

Eldorado Park — 2311 N Miller Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257

Eldorado Park is a dog-friendly public park that will blow your socks off! This beautiful 60-acre park allows you to bring your dog anywhere in the park, as long as they remain on a leash. You can enjoy the picnic areas, swimming pool, basketball courts, volleyball courts, baseball fields, playgrounds, fishing lake, skate park, community center & gym, multi-use paths, and so much more.

Horizon Dog Park — 15444 N 100th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

Horizon Dog Park is a fully fenced-in, off-leash dog park located in a retention basin on the far west side of Horizon Park. This park is closed on Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon for maintenance. Beware that this part of the park is typically prone to flooding after a storm. Horizon Dog Park not only has water stations and waste stations but there is a large shade structure for you to rest underneath. Plus a fun water feature to help cool your pup off on hot summer days.

Mountain View Park — 8625 E Mountain View Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Mountain View Park is a 30-acre public park that is great for the whole family! There is no dog enclosure here, but your pup is welcome anywhere in the park as long as they remain on a leash. You will find a basketball court, two tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground, three soccer fields, a 12-station exercise course, and public restrooms at this park. On top of that, there is even a 12,000-square-foot community center with two activity rooms, a kitchen, and a half basketball court. This park also provides spring break camps for grades 1-6 and an after-school program for grades 1-6. What else could you ask for?

Quail Run Dog Park — 4155 E Virginia St, Mesa, AZ 85213

Quail Run Dog Park is an off-leash dog area within Quail Run Park. The park is located in the Mesa area and is closed on Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for cleaning and maintenance. This dog park provides water stations, waste stations, benches, and picnic tables. Quail Run Park as a whole is 40 acres in size and also provides restrooms, playgrounds, sports fields, and barbecue grills. There are tons of trees, grass, and beautiful sunshine for the whole family to enjoy.

RJ Dog Park at Pecos Park — 17010 S 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85048

RJ Dog Park at Pecos Park is a 2-acre dog park that is fully fenced-in for dogs to run and play off-leash together. There are two separate fenced-in sections. One for the smaller pups and one for the larger dogs. You'll find water stations and waste stations here. And this park has shaded areas, is wheelchair accessible, and is named after a police dog who died in the line of duty.

Sonoran Hills Park is a dog-friendly public park. This park does not have an off-leash dog enclosure. But your dog is welcome anywhere in the park, as long as they remain on-leash. Sonoran Hills is 10 acres in size with restrooms, picnic areas, playgrounds, and large open green spaces. On top of that, this park also has multiple sports fields and courts for baseball, tennis, basketball, and even a 5 station exercise course.

Vista del Camino Dog Park — 1700 N Granite Reef Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257

Vista del Camino Dog Park is a fully fenced-in, off-leash dog park that is a one-half acre in size. This park has benches for the humans to enjoy, plus plenty of shade trees, water stations, and waste stations. There is tons of beautiful green grass here. And you are welcome to walk your dog on-leash around the Vista Del Camino Park. Remember that all dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and spayed or neutered.
