Boston goes by many names – Beantown, The Cradle of Liberty, The Athens of America, The Hub, Titletown, and a few more, but Boston is also known as one of the most pet-friendly cities in the United States. One of the favorite pastimes of Boston canines and their pet parents (when the Red Sox are not playing, of course) is an afternoon at the Boston Commons. After the Commons, you can take a stroll along Boston’s beautiful streets (the Freedom Trail is a must) to the Boston Public Garden and eventually ending up at the Charles River to cool off.
