Higgins and Friends is more than just a pet sitting company. They cater to the emotional and behavioral, as well as physical needs, of the pets in their care. The owner, with 10 years' experience as a vet tech, specializes in the care of cats. Known by most of her clients as “the cat whisperer” she specializes in the care of cats with special needs such as diabetics, kidney issues and other medical issues.
