Available positions

• Mid-Day Dog Walkers: Available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Walk multiple dogs daily based on client needs. Full availability across all days and hours within this block is required—no partial schedules.
• Pet Sitters/House Sitters: Available for at least 2 weekends per month, plus major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter; and Memorial Day or Labor Day). Handle multiple daily visits in AM (6–9 AM), evening (4–6 PM), and late-night (8–10 PM) slots.

Key requirements

Southern Paws team members must:

• Live in or within 5 miles of Hendersonville, Gallatin, or Goodlettsville
• Work comfortably in all weather (this is a highly active, outdoor role)
• Have a reliable, insured vehicle (not shared) and valid driver's license
• Love both animals and people (strong customer service is essential)
• Be 100% reliable—pets depend on consistent care, with limited tolerance for call-outs
• Communicate promptly via email, phone, and text with the team and clients
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and able to provide professional references
• Submit a clean background check (link provided; deducted from first paycheck, reimbursed after 6 months)
