We are seeking a part-time professional to provide dog walking and pet sitting visits in our client's homes. You will visit multiple households during your workday to provide care for the pets in each household.

Pet Waggin' Pet Care is an award-winning pet care company that serves the Long Beach community and we are seeking a professional that not only loves animals but understands what’s involved in caring for them.

The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working outdoors and establishing relationships with clients and their pets.

Requirements:

• Must have four days a week full availability. We provide service to our clients 7 days a week and all holidays.
• Have a love of both cats AND dogs and you have experience caring for BOTH.
• Live in Long Beach, CA - No exceptions.
• Have your own reliable car and valid California driver’s license - No exceptions.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Will pass a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations.
• Availability to work holidays (including Thanksgiving and Christmas). We are extremely busy during the holidays.
• Must be willing to work outside – in all types of weather.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of four hours a day, bend/knell/squat down and sometimes lift 25 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
