At Denver Pet Sitting Company, our mission is to uplift and inspire our local community through our work with pets and their families. We are looking for true animal lovers to help us achieve this by providing occasional pet sitting and concierge services in the Denver Metro area, Centennial, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Castle Pines.

About Us

We are a team of dedicated pet lovers serving the Denver Metro area and surrounding communities.

Though our company is newly established, our foundation is built on over a decade of hands-on experience in the pet care industry. Our founder successfully owned and scaled a pet sitting business for 10 years, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to exceptional pet care. After selling her company over five years ago, she decided to relaunch with renewed energy, fresh insights, and an even greater commitment to providing top-tier services.

As we finalize our company’s design and prepare for our official launch on March 31st, we are seeking exceptional team members—individuals we’d be honored to share this journey with. We offer a supportive, professional, and rewarding work environment where your skills and passion for pet care are valued. As we grow, there will be opportunities for advancement, including leadership and management roles within our team.

Your Role

Your role is to provide care, safety, and love to pets while ensuring their homes remain secure. Depending on your availability, you may provide:

• Occasional Overnight Stays (10 to 18-hour stays, based on client needs)
• Vacation Visits (30- or 60-minute visits)
• Special Dog Outings (extras) - Dog Park Trips, Drive-Thru Fun, Dog Pet Store Trips
• Concierge Services (ranging from grocery shopping to laundry pickup and more)

Whether you work from home or have a full-time job, we’ll match you with the service that best aligns with your schedule. We’re flexible and will work with you to ensure the timing fits your availability.

This position is perfect for remote workers, retirees, stay-at-home parents, and college students looking for supplemental income while spending time with animals. However, please note:

✅ This is not a full-time or guaranteed-hours position. You should have a separate, reliable source of income.

✅ This role involves working outdoors in all conditions—rain, heat, and even dealing with messy pet moments—so a positive and upbeat attitude is a must!

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

✔ Love animals and enjoy caring for people’s homes ✔ Be at least 21 years old ✔ Pass a background check ✔ Have flexible availability, including overnight stays ✔Have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes for a client ✔ Be adaptable and able to think quickly to solve problems

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

• Earn 55% of the nightly rate for overnight stays
• Earn 55% of the service fee for vacation visits and concierge services
• Extra pay for select holidays (Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s)

Referral Program

• Earn $50 for every client you refer who books a service with us
