Danny Jackson Family Dog Park — 4828 ½ Loop Central Dr., Houston, TX 77081

Danny Jackson Family Dog Park has a long thin shape, which makes it easier for dogs to run back and forth. Discovery Green is a downtown park in Houston that provides off-leash areas for large and small dogs to run and play. These areas contain crushed gravel as the ground cover, plus water fountains and bench seating. But take note—you must remain with your dog. Also, your dog has to have an up-to-date license and vaccination tags, and they can only stay in the dog runs for 45 minutes to allow plenty of time for the other dogs.
